    COURTNEY MCNEELY was top soloist for Honors' Chorus concert Nov. 22, 2003 at Westminster College. The soprano sang "Alleluia" by Hummel.

    YIPPEE! Diana Walters has just been notified that she will present two 10-day Artist-in-Residencies this school year. In October, she will work with April Micsky and the choir at Sharon (PA)Area High School and, in January, with David Barron and his choir at Grove City (PA) High School. The residencies are funded by The Erie Arts Council, PA Council on the Arts, and the school districts.

    EMILY SINGS! Emily will be featured entertainment for the Pittsburgh Symphony Associate and the Symphony South's annual luncheon meetings on October 8 and November 18, 2003. She will perform 25 minutes of music, including arias, art songs, and musical theatre pieces.

    RECITAL AND MASTERCLASS IN ST. LOUIS! Diana Walters and pianist, Jennifer Lim, will present a recital April 12, 2002 at 1:00 at East Central College. The program will be followed by a masterclass for students at the college.

    JUDITH HUGHES AND PIANIST, CHARLOTTE ZUZAK will present "Soap Opera of Song" on March 17, 2002 at 2:30 P.M. in Ketler Auditorium of Pew Fine Arts Center on the campus of Grove City College. Covenant United Presbyterian Church at 230 E. Jefferson Street in Butler, PA will feature these artists with selections from "Soap Opera of Song" at noon on March 13, 2002.

    RECITAL AT CHURCH OF THE EPIPHANY EPISCOPAL. Voice students of Diana Walters will present a concert of songs and arias December 2, 2001 at 2 PM. A reception will follow the free concert. The church is located on Rte. 173, 1 mile south of Grove City.

    DIANA WALTERS WILL SING AT GROVE CITY COLLEGE VESPERS SERVICE. November 11, 2001 at Harbison Chapel on the campus of GCC, the soprano will sing a Bach aria and an arrangement of Finlandia by Sibelius. Service begins at 6:30.

    STUDENTS EARN SCHOLARSHIP TO PA GOVERNOR'S SCHOOL TO THE ARTS! Soprano, Jenifer McMurdy and Tenor, Seth Gruber are two of the eleven singers in the state accepted to attend the 5-week program at Mercyhurst College July 2001.

    Diana Walters will offer SINGING WORKSHOP: Understanding Vocal Technique and Its Application to Singing Music for PA Midwestern Intermediate Unit IV as Continuing Education Course Offering for 1 credit hour. The week-long course will begin June 12, 2000.

    June 5-10, 2000, Diana Walters will present a series of masterclasses, lessons, and vocal technique workshops called, SING ST. LOUIS 2000, at the Teipen Music Studios in University City, MO

    On February 6, 2000 at 2:30, Judith Hughes will be performing a voice recital accompanied by Charlotte Zuzak at Ketler Auditorium at Grove City College. The event is open to the public. Contact Sing It Productions if you are interested in attending.

    On January 21, 2000, Diana Walters will be making an appearance at Laurel High School to present a vocal technique workshop to the choirs.

    On November 28, 1999, Diana Walters will be performing soprano solos and Handel's Messiah in New Castle, PA.

    On September 21, 1999, Diana Walters will be performing a chamber music recital with Louis Collella, clarinet, and Anthony Ruggiero, piano. Among the works that they will present are a world premiere of Reflections of a Butterfly by Ferruccio Germani. The event will be held at Penn State University, Beaver. The event will also be hosted at Penn State University, Shenango on September 29, 1999.
